Dr. Brandon N. Phillips specializes in retina care and comprehensive ophthalmology. Dr. Phillips completed his undergraduate work in Chemistry at Fayetteville State University before going on to attend the Medical College of Wisconsin. He completed both his internship and residency at Walter Reed Medical Facility. Dr. Phillips maintains membership with the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology.

Sandra Fernando Sieminski, MD is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology and Director of Glaucoma in the University at Buffalo Department of Ophthalmology. She also serves as the Ophthalmology Clerkship director at the Jacobs School of Medicine & Biomedical Sciences, SUNY Buffalo. She completed her residency at Georgetown University and glaucoma fellowship at New York Eye and Ear Infirmary. She has had experience in International Medicine, performing surgery in the Dominican Republic and Nigeria, and has an interest in laser therapy for glaucoma, traumatic glaucoma, and exfoliative glaucoma.
“I was using the Cyclo G6 glaucoma laser for refractory glaucoma patients, but as I saw the results and how comfortable the patients were, I started to expand its use, and now I use it for various types of glaucoma cases.”
