Helping patients and Kaiser thrive. With the hassle-free Kaiser/IRIDEX contract already in place, take advantage of the IRIDEX Cyclo G6™ Laser to treat all stages of glaucoma. Over 70,000 patients have been treated and counting.
Cyclo G6™ Glaucoma Laser
Glaucoma specialist from around the world, like Cris Cruz Colon, MD, from the Center of Excellence in Eye Care in Miami, rely on the Cyclo G6™ Glaucoma Laser to treat all stages of glaucoma with continuous wave or with MicroPulse® Technology.
Pressure and Handling
Pressure: hold against eye like a ball point pen to paper. Perpendicular: The MicroPulse P3™ probe (MP3) should be held perpendicular to the scleral surface.
Placement
The tip design of the MP3 supports a sweeping motion from the 9:30-2:30 and 3:30-8:30 clock positions. You will see a thin (about 1mm) stripe of sclera between edge of probe and limbus.
Lubrication
Goniosol or BSS (or equivalent) allows for better gliding and it also improves laser transmission to target region.
Seminar
In this symposium from ESCRS 2017, MicroPulse experts Drs. Ziad Khoueir, Robert Noecker, and Marc Töteberg-Harms discuss their experience using IRIDEX lasers and MicroPulse® Technology to treat glaucoma.
Testimonials
“The MicroPulse P3™ Device provides a very safe and efficacious solution for IOP control. I have used it for some of my most complicated cases... and with patients with earlier disease.” - Robert Noecker, MD, MBA, Ophthalmic Consultants of Connecticut
